J & J Air Conditioning's Building Energy & Controls department installs full energy management systems, centralized graphic-based scheduling, and monitoring workstations, as well as after-hours HVAC bypass and automated tenant billing systems. Lighting and access control can also be integrated with the control system.
We are recognized as one of the most capable control contractors in the area. We also perform building energy audits to evaluate potential energy reduction cost strategies.
