Tenant Improvement

Our Construction Department specializes in new installations, unit replacements and tenant improvements. We offer extremely fast turn-around time for package-type replacements to minimize discomfort. In fact, in over 90% of the cases, we will have your old unit removed and the new one up and running the same day. We also feature design build for clean rooms, equipment and computer rooms, and comfort cooling.

We will coordinate all details of the job including roofing, electrical, piping, permits, structural and Title 24 reports.

We also have a complete in-house sheet metal fabrication department so we can control the quality and scheduling of materials. This way, we can also avoid possible delays from outside suppliers.

Design/Build

Our experienced professional engineering staff specializes in a wide variety of design-build commercial HVAC projects. They can take your project from the planning stage to implementation and will handle all aspects of design, documentation, permits, project management and commissioning. Our list of successful projects includes VAV systems, laboratories, clean/sterile rooms, process, exhaust and DDC applications.

We carefully evaluate our solutions in terms of cost to build, cost to own and life cycle, while remaining true to the design intent. J & J’s extensive experience in correction of HVAC comfort and energy problems in existing buildings gives us a unique perspective and produces reliable cost-efficient systems.
