What interaction with your manager or fellow employee that stands out in your memory that confirms that J&J is a good place to work?

“When I made a mistake, management corrected me but with the comfort of taking it as a learning experience.” -Jose C.

“It was a really hot summer week and our manager, Jeff, offered himself to bring us cool drinks to our jobsite if needed. Knowing that he’s a really busy person and the fact that he was willing to get us a drink, really tells me that he also cares at a personal level.” -Fil P.

“Jeff took time out of his busy schedule to pass out Christmas cards to the Service office staff. Instead of a generic “Happy Holidays,” there was a thoughtful message. Being recognized for your contributions is a great gift.” -Elden N.

“I feel I can speak for several of us who have been stricken with personal traumas and tragedies. Not only has Jerry been, but absolutely everyone has been, supportive to each of us. Jerry says, ‘Do what you have to do.’ and he supports us in our every action. J & J is more than just a great company. It’s the big family I never had.” -Connie S.

What training have you had that J&J put on in our shop or sent you to? Was it a good experience?

“Yes, I’ve had training on Metasys, Toshiba drives, and have taken all of the J & J classes at the shop. I would say that each one of these has helped a lot with service calls in the field. I think I am most thankful for the valuable Metasys training with Total Control.” -Bryan H

Are there any activities within J & J that you enjoy and would like to comment on?

“The family picnics are a must to attend every year.” -Jose G.

“I enjoy the toy drive that J & J Air has every Christmas.” -Jose C.

“The J & J softball team makes for great team-building.  We’re looking forward to adding to the J & J trophy case.” -Elden N.
